Welcome to the San Antonio Chapter of HIMSS
The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) is a not-for-profit organization focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare. HIMSS membership provides opportunities to engage a network of 35,000+ like-minded professionals and more than 520 member companies and organizations representing the pulse of the industry. Our network of professionals spans both San Antonio and West Texas, as well as the other chapters in Texas. The SA HIMSS chapter works to advance HIMSS' mission and goals through regular local networking and education events.
Join the San Antonio Chapter
In order to make you officially part of the chapter, you will need to change your chapter to San Antonio. All you need to do is login to the HIMSS Member Center and scroll down and click "Manage Chapter." This will allow you to update your chapter. This enhancement will also allow members to add additional chapters to their membership via the web site.
